We update account statements at the end of each month. You are free to access them at any time directly from the card tab. Follow the steps below to view and download your statements.
Navigate to the card tab in the Tiv App
Tap the More button from the card tab menu
Tap View statements
Tap on the view button next to the statement you would like to see
Monthly statements will only be added at the end of each month and you cannot view a specific month's statement during that month. For example, you will be able to see your October account statement in November, but you cannot view the October statement during the month of October.
