Sometimes things happen. If your Tiv Card is lost or stolen, you can lock your card for free to make sure that purchases can't be made.
To lock your card, please follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Card tab in the Tiv app.
Tap the Lock button from the menu underneath your card.
Select the account you would like to lock by tapping on the lock/unlock toggle.
By default, your cards are unlocked so that you can freely use them to make purchases. When the card is locked, the toggle will fill in with orange coloring, move the right, and display a locked message as seen below.
After locking your card, the card tab will display the message below to indicate that your card cannot be used until it is unlocked.
Once you've locked your card, you can request a new card number to get back to 100% right away. To replace your card, please follow the instructions here to get back up and running.

Tap the More button from the menu underneath your card
Select "Add or replace a card"
Select the card you would like to replace
