We currently leverage Plaid to enable funding your Tiv account. Certain financial institutions currently are incompatible with Plaid's standard connection method. There are a few different options to fund your account in this case:
How to fund your account through your existing bank
Within Tiv, navigate to Card -> Add -> Add a funding method -> Continue with Plaid -> search for your bank (ie Capital One) -> Link with account numbers.
Once you reach the "Link your bank with account numbers" screen, you will be able to provide your existing bank's routing and account number, receive two small deposits to help verify your identity and then fund your Tiv account.
How to fund your account through Venmo
Within your Venmo app, navigate to:
Settings -> Payment Methods -> Add bank or card... -> Bank -> Manual Verification
Venmo will ask for your Tiv Routing & Account number which you can find in the Card tab in your Tiv app under "More" -> Account details
Once you set up a connection to your Tiv account, Venmo will make 2 small deposits to help verify your identity and then allow you to deposit Venmo funds into your Tiv account.
