If your card has been declined, please first check that it has sufficient funds. If it does, then fraud may have been detected and the card was declined as a result.

In cases of fraud detection, you will receive an email from [email protected]. This email should include the following details:

  • Transaction amount

  • Merchant

  • Transaction location

  • Date and time of transaction

You will be asked to choose whether these transactions were valid or not. If everything looks good, then you can select “All Valid” and start using your card right away!

If the transaction(s) listed in the email were not made by you and you do not recognize them, please be sure to select the relevant option or contact VISA Support by calling 1-800-847-2911 to start getting them investigated immediately.
