My application says awaiting documents, what do I need to do?

As with other financial institutions, additional documents may be required to fully verify your identity. If you see that your application is awaiting documents, you should have received a follow up email from us with details on what documents need to be submitted and a secure link to upload them. You may need to provide verification for one or more of the following:

Identity

Submit a copy of your unexpired government issued photo ID.

  • Driver's License

  • Passport

Social Security Number (SSN)

Submit a document verifying your SSN.

  • Filed tax return

  • W-2

  • Social Security Card

Address

Submit a document to verify your address.

  • Utility bill

  • Bank statement

  • Lease agreement

  • Current pay stub

Once the requested documents have been submitted, your application will continue to be reviewed by our team.

If you did not receive an email to submit your documents or are having trouble uploading them, please contact our support team within the app or at [email protected].
